Frangos started with a college graduate and a passion for the restaurant industry that went beyond the food. What began as a small ghost kitchen quickly grew into something more.


As orders rolled in, Frangos became more than a place to eat — it became a place to gather. Friends returned, families made it their go-to, and a fast-casual hangout was born.


From the music and artwork to the energy and welcoming team, Wilmington became our first home. Thanks to the community’s support, Frangos is growing so we can bring that same experience to even more people.
